Cardmaking Fundraiser
We’re sponsoring a Birthday Cardmaking Night this Friday, January 20th, at the EHS Student Center. This is a great way for students to earn points for their Fair Share or Trip account! The cost to attend is $15 for 10 cards (that’s only $1.50 a birthday card and who doesn’t need birthday cards!) and no crafting experience is necessary. The fundraiser will run from 6pm to 9pm but you can drop in anytime during those hours to make your cards. If you are an inexperienced crafter, give yourself about an hour to make all 10 cards.
Anyone wanting to attend will need to reserve their seat (like a dinner reservation) on-line at http://birthdaycards.
Of the $15 ticket price, students will receive 9 credit points to their Fair Share or Trip account if they follow the Booster Scholarship procedures upon the close & posting of the fundraiser. Sell 10 tickets – that’s 90 points!

Crockpot Fundraiser
We are having a crock pot fundraiser on January 13th to benefit the winter program. Attached you will find two different fliers with all the details. Please feel free to print them out and spread the word. Post them at work, church or anywhere you think there are people that would be interested. Let’s make this a huge success!!

San Francisco Here We Come!
It’s official: The San Francisco trip has been officially approved by the Evergreen School Board. We will be having a meeting for all parents and students interested in attending the trip on January 13th at 7PM at EHS. You DO NOT need to be committed to going to come to this meeting. It is purely for information. A commitment form and down payment will be due at the end of the month for all those who wish to attend. If you have any questions please email Mr. O or David Morgan. Have You Signed Up For The Cell Group?
All you have to do is text “@group name” (group names are below) to 23559 and then choose a username. Once you have done that, you will receive a confirmation…that’s it. You’re done. It is very easy and quick. The group names are as follows:
Full Orchestra
Once again, the Evergreen Band and Orchestra will be combining to form the Evergreen Full Orchestra! We will be performing twice this year, once at the Future Plainsmen Orchestra concert and again at the end of the year Finale Concert.
